Summary

This is a database aimed at Primary Care practice. This can help you to keep track of patient problems, medications, preventive reminders and write H&P and SOAP notes. This is a Microsoft Access based database. To run it, you will need Microsoft Access 2002 or higher. This database will not run in Access 2000 or earlier versions of Access. The database is password protected. There are a couple of limitations of this database as well. I am working on downloadable version.

128 MB RAM (256 Recommended)

Screen resolution (1024*768)

Limitations:

Can not do billing for you (can generate a report of your visits)
